Markarian Debuts The Perfect Summer Sweatshirt For A Great Cause

Our beyond favorite formal brand just debuted a surprisingly casual capsule collection - and we're absolutely positive it will be the chicest piece to sport this season. 

Markarian's new hand-embroidered summer sweatshirts are the charming staple your closet desperately needs. Available in three styles, they feature custom-stitched initials, hand embroidered florals, and our particular favorite, an I Heart NY motif. 

A true treat to fans of the brand, all of the floral embroidery will be done by Markarian founder and designer Alexandra O'Neill herself (in case you're in need of a refresher, Alexandra's annoyingly cool). 

But most exciting of all? 100% of the profits will be donated to No Kid Hungry.

“Hand embroidering the sweatshirts started as a project to keep myself busy and as a way to stay creative while working from home. I wanted to show the people I love that someone was thinking of them during this time of isolation; a little something to help them feel cozy while staying at home. I thought it would be nice to spread the love further and start offering them on our site to keep our shoppers cozy and know that 100% of profits will be going to No Kid Hungry.”
