What's one Hamptons dish you could eat all summer long?
Well, my mom's cooking. She's the master, she can make anything. We'll go out there and there's two random things in the fridge and somehow dinner happens. So anything my mom makes... or Townline. I'm a big fan of Townline BBQ. Blue Parrot is great for lunch. I'm a man of habit!
What are some snacks that pair well with Hampton Water?
Honestly, it goes really well with just about anything. Any seafood, so like oysters, clams. Once or twice a year, my whole family will go down to Main Beach, dig a big hole, and do big clam bakes. Lobsters, clams, mussels, and rosé! But also steak. There are some good spice notes in the wine that pair well with BBQ, which is cool. I always say, and it's a cheesy line but it's so true, it pairs well with "good music and better friends."
