Clothes Make The Opposites

[Photo by STEVEN EKEROVICH] These two decided to wear opposite colors to the Catherine Malandrino Cancer 101 Event hosted by Royal Pains' Reshma Shetty last past weekend. The main thing their outfits had in common is that they are both from the Spring/Summer 09 Catherine Malandrino collection - a recurrent theme for the majority of the women attending the party. Both ladies look fit for a black tie cocktail party or a black and white fete. While one decided to wear her summer whites, head to toe, including a pair of white strappy sandals with a wooden heel, her friend decided to go with classic black, with coordinating black, open-toed shoes. Perfectly poised with their champagne glasses, bravo to them for coordinating so well. We haven't done matching outfits since kindergarden, but they've taken the idea and matured it 20 years - and added cocktails. Check for full coverage from this event later today!
