Was there a particular ah-ha moment that made you want to start Lady and Butler and that made you realize the importance of tailoring uniforms to the look of a hotel?

Yes! When the economy took a downturn back in 2008/09, I had to look for freelance work. I was working as a cocktail waitress myself during this period and that’s when I realized the lack of great uniforms that satisfied beautiful form and function. It is so important for the person to feel good about the way they look and to represent the establishment in a truly effortless way.
