Definitely! If the employee is happier with what they are wearing and they feel part of the company with a uniform, then they will represent the company with more enthusiasm and more energy! I always say that because you are wearing a uniform doesn’t mean you have to feel like you're wearing a jail jumpsuit. The uniform should embrace the company’s brand. The guest experience begins with the employee. Hospitality business is all about experience, from the presentation, interaction, smells, tastes and sounds.
