What makes Pepalajefa unique?Well, I think that what makes it different from the Hamptons or what is different from the area that I am in is that it is more European, more old-fashioned recipes that I have made more modern... I think that what makes my shop a bit different is that because I have lived in a lot of places, it has influenced my way of cooking and my way of thinking in preparing dishes. It is not new in itself what I sell, but I think it is light, it is contemporary cooking, and maybe introduces a few new flavors.
