Tenet Southampton Mixes It Up On Main Street

Don't get us wrong, we love us the token "Life's a Beach" wardrobe which inescapably graces the streets of the East at every corner. But for the days when we just don't feel like dressing the part, variety seems only to be a mirage for the style-thirsty fashion fiend. Tenet, in Southampton, is changing that.

Located on Main Street in Southampton, Tenet, the brain child of Creative Director Greg Buntain and founders Josh & Jesse Warren, opens its doors with a more eclectic flavor to tempt the classic Hamptonite fashion palette. Just by visiting the venue, you'll get the breath of fresh air that has been missing from the shopping scene. The minimalist decor, including brick walls and pressed-tin ceilings, makes for a pleasant and unrushed atmosphere, the better for making purchases, we assume. Buntain, though initially having some trouble with the Southampton Fire Marshall, created the dressing rooms out of a billowy tent, the likes of which would be expected of somewhere in the Moroccan desert. We sure hope it's as sturdy as it seems!

Carrying lines from A.P.C. to By Robert James, and so much more in between, Tenet definitely hits the mark on indie-pop fashion. We definitely suggest you stop in for a look-see while moseying down Main Street Southampton. We have a feeling you'll be pleasantly surprised!
