Matt Levine And The Eldridge Team Set To Take On Bridgehampton With "The Georgica"

This Tuesday is already turning out to be a great day. Today, we get the exclusive word that Matt Levine, of The Eldridge fame, are taking over the Saracen space in Bridgehampton this summer! The restaurant will be renamed "The Georgica" after the pond that it's on (which they will be sharing with Ron Perelman), and will feature celebrity chefs from "Hell's Kitchen."

Apparently they brought in Greg Link & Fingerprint Communications, as well as Danny Devine, DJ Jus Ske, and many others.  Also, True Talent is to handle the music on Fridays, which means we can expect DJs like Nick Cohen, DL, and Mess Kid. On Saturdays, dGi will take over so expect DJ's Berrie, Cassidy, Mel DeBarge and Ruckus. And, just when we thought things couldn't get any more exciting, our tipster goes on to say that Matt is in final stages of bringing on our favorite twins, Daniel and Derek Koch to handle the brunch aspect. The twins have yet to confirm this to me, though.  I will get the full story from them tonight at their Morimoto party. I emailed Matt: "You'll be in Bridge this year?-please tell me it's true!" And got a "Yep;)" reply. This story is developing and you can expect full coverage, as well as more than one party from us with Team Eldridge.

Between his super hot LES lounge, the Eldridge, Matt's latest project at the Hotel on Rivington, and now these summer plans, Matt Levine is one busy bee!
