Another Friday in the Hamptons, another Social Series dinner at Lily Pond. Benefiting the Humane Society this week, guests not only enjoyed the usual cocktail hour and light dinner, but also a special midnight fashion show by Richie Rich and a night of good ol' fashioned raging that the East Hampton club does so well.
Hosted by rescue advocate Wendy Diamoond, the usual Hamptons VIPs were joined at the party by a few furrier versions - a few lucky rescue dogs were brought to encourage awareness for the cause. Rumor has it Paul McCartney, who was dining at neighboring Philippe restaurant, was a big fan as well, showing some love for the dogs as they made their way through the venue.
The always (and sometimes alarmingly) avant-garde Richie Rich sent a gaggle of fierce models down the runway in edgy, refreshingly un-Hamptons attire. Next Friday, the Hamptons Social Series dinners continue with an event hosted by Sonja Morgan saluting American Friends of Blerancourt.
