Chill Out In This Magical Lavender Field On The North Fork

by Guest of A Guest · June 2, 2021

Can you imagine a more magical way to spend an afternoon?

For nineteen years, Lavender By The Bay has been adding a touch of Provence to the North Fork. Spread out across 17 acres and boasting over 80,000 plants, the family run farm is one of the most unique experiences out East.

Take a stroll through fields bursting with blooming lavender and even stop to smell the flowers up close in an Adirondack chair sat right in the thick of it. Stock up on lavender essentials from their farm store on the way out. Essential oils, sea salts, bath salts, sachets and more!

Keep in mind, their English lavender bloom is expected to happen in June, followed by their French lavender bloom in July.

Be sure to follow their Instagram for updates on the best time to plan your trip!
