The EMP Summer House will return this summer at their East Hampton outpost, reviving the most covetable tables for the elite out East. The seafood-heavy menu, developed by the famed Chef Daniel Humm will feature raw seafood preparations, flatbreads, pastas, steaks and new large format experiences including fish tacos and short rib tacos, in addition to the lobster boil which guests know and love from last summer.
