These Stephen Talkhouse Canned Cocktails Are Keeping The Hamptons Summer Alive

If you’ve spent a weekend or more out East, you may have started (or ended) your night at the legendary Stephen Talkhouse in Amagansett. The local family-run dive bar and venue has held shows with some of the most iconic musicians of the day from Coldplay and Mumford & Sons to Billy Joel and Paul McCartney. Ruby Honerkamp, daughter of owner Peter Honerkamp is keeping the family legacy going through her new beverage brand, Talkhouse Encore. The ready-to-drink canned cocktails capture the essence of rock 'n' roll Hamptons summers in beverage form, to be enjoyed everywhere, year-round.

Inspired to find a way to keep the party going during the bar's closure due to COVID in 2020, Ruby created her spiked sodas that now include flavors like Lime Vodka, Cranberry Vodka, Grapefruit Tequila, and Blood Orange Tequila, which can be found across New York and are available for shipping to 32 U.S. states.
