Montauk is getting its own anticipated new restaurant in the form of Arbor, a Mediterranean joint from co-owner Marc Rowan. Managing Director Steven Jauffrineau and Executive Chef Pierre Sudre promise elegant bistro-style dining and inventive dishes. A semi-private dining area (where you'll no doubt be finding any celebs) will be flanked by a wine cellar with glass walls.
