Country: South Korea Beer: Cass The Oriental Brewery in South Korea is the owner of Cass brand beer, which recently became South Korea's top selling beer in 2011. All Oriental Brewery beers are brewed from rice, as opposed to the malted barley brews that are more common to Western beer connoisseurs. Olympic Fact: 1948 was the first year South Korea participated in the Olympics, and they've sent athletes to compete in every Summer Games since then, except for in 1980 when they boycotted.
