The restaurant will be open until 12:30 AM on Friday and Saturday nights (a late closing time that is unheard of in London), and Brian Silva, the ex bar manager of Rules, will be heading up the bar. Known for mixing up some of the finest cocktails in London, locals claim that he is the best of the best, and are anticipating his Balthazar debut.
