The royals use emojis - they really are just like us!
Well, LOL aside, it's true that since the pandemic struck, Duchess Kate has been more active on social media than ever before, taking to platforms like Instagram to address her fans and followers in videos and virtual chats.
This week, she shared a video from her and Will's @kensingtonroyal account answering questions about her "Early Years" initiative, a cause focusing on early childhood development and care which she began as her first solo venture back in 2018.
But in addition to sharing details about her involvement with the project, Kate inadvertently seemed to reveal something slightly more interesting to the masses: her most-used emojis!
When flashing the phone to the camera (assuming, of course, that she is actually using her own phone in the video), Kate gave hawk-eyed followers a glimpse of her suggested symbols, i.e. the ones she most frequently sends.
So was it all crowns, diamonds, and princess smileys? Um, not so much.
Apparently, her go-tos include the girls holding hands, the pineapple, the sliced cucumber, and, in a surprising twist, the purple space invader, the vomit face, and most shocking of all, the angry face with expletives! Dare she text the queen with those fingers?!
