Now, she's reportedly betrothed to her 60-year-old beau, fashion tycoon Michael Lewis. But age is nothing but a number, especially when one considers the digits in his checking account - Mr. Lewis is worth around $100 million. Get it, girl!
The couple confirmed their relationship in May, and according to sources, have been engaged since before Christmas. Some are even speculating that Spencer has been hiding her ring in plain sight; though the pair have yet to publicly confirm an engagement, the socialite was seen rocking a large diamond on the appropriate finger months ago.
With Will and Harry's other cousin, Princess Beatrice's nuptials on the horizon for 2020, it appears the royals are in for quite a busy wedding season.
