A new royal baby is on the way!
This morning Kensington Palace officially announced that "Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019."
Rumors started swirling after Princess Eugenie's wedding, where Meghan covered up in a thick blue coat. According to the BBC, that was also when the Queen and other senior royal officials were told the exciting news.
For those wondering, the child of Prince Harry will not be titled as a prince or princess, but instead a lord or lady, since Harry is not in the direct line of the throne. Of course, the Queen could step in and give anyone any title she'd like, so you never know.
According to palace sources, she's 12 weeks. That's not too early at all 🤷🏻♀️

The palace followed up with a Tweet that reads, "Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public."
Time to bet on baby names!
