Eldest son Tom, age 47, was named the godson of the new King Charles long before he became his stepson. The former party boy turned well-established food writer and television presenter has penned columns and restaurant reviews for publications including Tatler, Esquire, Harpers Bazaar and Town and Country, and has authored seven cookbooks. He's also a regular judge and presenter on British food competitions including MasterChef. 

"I was naughty, partied a bit hard. When I was younger, I got sacked all the time," he said in a 2017 interview with the Australian Daily Telegraph. "But I loved eating and could just about string a sentence together, so I thought I could write about food."
