Natalie Frank: The Scene of a Disappearance
Need to set a creepy mood for the Halloween season? Natalie Frank's upcoming exhibit at ACME shows mixed media collages of melting faces and bodies in a disturbing way. So haunting, in fact, that if you remember her work clearly while you're walking in the dark, you'll want to run towards the light. Not intentionally setting an eerie tone to the New York native's first show in the West Coast, Frank wanted to satirize the perception of what it means to be human through her first time using collaged work.
Still a bit ominous, get into the spooky spirit at Frank's opening exhibit this weekend at ACME.
