An Influencer's L.A. Hair Salon Has Earned Internet Ire For Breaking Mask & Shutdown Rules

While Los Angeles may have been enjoying loosened lockdown restrictions for quite some time, a surge of new cases led California Governor Gavin Newsom to reinstate closures across the state last week, forcing businesses, including hair salons, to shut their doors once again.

Which is why so many people on Instagram are confused by the new posts at YouTube famous stylist Chrissy Rasmussen's recently-opened Habit salon on Sunset. This week, influencers Eliza Minor, Ansley Minor, and Lauren Kettering shared stories from the salon, garnering notice from tea-spilling account @InfluencersTruth, not only for the lack of any masks but also for the fact that the salon was open in the first place. Brielle and Ariana Biermann, Kim Zolciak's daughters, were also spotted in the salon sans masks on IG.

A YouTube video shared by Chrissy on July 10th, however, did capture most clients and stylists with masks, though many were pulled down or not covering their noses. Chrissy herself noticeably lacked one at all.
