Look, it's a party, and you're going to want to dance, and socialize, and there's nothing wrong with that whatsoever. But for your own well being, make sure you catch a few Zzz's at some point in there as well. It's just too hot to be running around the whole time. And no, alcoholics, front-loading your drinking so that you pass out early doesn't count as "restful" downtime.
