Well, Metta clearly wasn't too broken up about not being there for Kobe and the gang, because moments after the Nuggets downed the Lakers at Staples 102-99 on Tuesday night, forcing tonight's fairly up-in-the-air Game 6 in Denver, Metta buttoned up that top button and hit up Avalon for the wrap party of season two of the NBC "Idol" rip-off "The Voice." Now, we could write a whole column about how bizarre it is that a man who sings like Metta World Peace was anywhere near a party for "The Voice," but that's a separate issue.
