Of course, it's not like Iggy has been totally immune from the kind of cashing in that most aging rockers do. He was in the painfully bad The Crow sequel. But I think most of his ventures are a little more defensible. For example, he started his own designer t-shirt line, which is normally the kiss of death for credibility, but as many have pointed out, he may get a pass because he himself has never been seen wearing a shirt, ever. Also, "Lust For Life" was used in a Royal Caribbean Cruise ad, but since that song is about slamming heroin with reckless abandon, you'd have to imagine Iggy found the situation too funny to say no when the ad agency called.
