The guy in the hat is our friend BJ Panda Bear, who regularly hosts Diamond Dogs. BJ has chosen a fairly unobtrusive, casual look for the evening, and by unobtrusive, we mean that the alien squid-monster tentacles on the Jessica Willis hat on his head aren't extended all the way out.
