And speaking of the Hoff, here he is, with the Best Female Award that he presented to Lady Gaga. Apparently MTV is laboring under the misconception that David Hasselhoff was ever popular in Ireland (he wasn't), or anywhere else in Europe other than Germany. On the plus side, any paycheck he collects is one less hamburger he has to eat off the floor.
