And finally, there was this thinly veiled publicity stunt, where a naked Irish streaker (is that redundant?) interrupted 2006 breakout star Hayden Panettiere (seriously, if she's done something since "Heroes," let me know) while she was presenting Best Song to Lady Gaga. If that whole sentence made you feel a little sick, I'm right there with you. But hey, it's not like MTV makes a habit of faking spontaneity just to inject some life into a tired Awards Show, right?
