Pedigree
A perfect pedigree of Hollywood and Hawaiian royalty, Duke is the son of Jennifer Nicholson (Jack's daughter with actress Sandra Knight) and former pro surfer Mark Norfleet (Duke was actually named after legendary surfer Duke Kahanamoku). His parents met at school in Hawaii, where they were classmates of Barack Obama. Small world.
He grew up in L.A. and attended the progressive private school, Wildwood, where he apparently developed his love of cinema.
