Today just wouldn't feel right without at least one Lindsay Lohan courtroom-chic ensemble. This morning she appeared at her preliminary hearing on felony grand theft charges for that stupid necklace where the judge just told her jail time will most definitely be part of her sentence if she accepts a plea bargain. Her other option by not accepting a plea deal could land her in state prison for up to a year if found guilty in a trial. PRISON. For a YEAR. Either way Lindsay gets, as Jwoww would say, "the shit end of the stick."

But moving on to what you really care about, the outfit. Lindsay's been looking great post-Betty Ford stint and set the bar pretty high with that short, body-hugging white number in her previous court appearance earlier this month. Sure, how appropriate it was to appear before a judge is debatable but the point is she looked hot. Today she followed that up with white high-waist slacks with a black low-cut blouse tucked in. Not bad. It's no white dress but still, not bad at all.
