by Stephanie Maida · November 12, 2018

As deadly wildfires continue to rage on in California, Lady Gaga has stepped out to support her neighbors.

Herself forced to evacuate her Malibu home, the singer and actress volunteered at a Red Cross shelter in Pacific Palisades to lift the spirits of fellow evacuees.

According to TMZ, the star told the crowd, “I extend my love ... I know we do not know each other, but I love you. This is an emergency, but you are not alone.”

She also handed out gifts, took photos with fans, and even sang to a 98-year-old woman who had been forced out of her home.
