The Highs & Lows In Red Carpet Fashion At 'The Hunger Games' Premiere

Jennifer Lawrence, Prabal Gurung Fall 2012 runway I cannot get enough of Jennifer Lawrence in this gold lame gown Prabal Gurung sent down the runway with his fall 2012 collection last month at New York Fashion Week. Unlike the runway look, she went sans-belt and knocked it out of the park. It's a serious floor-length gown but the gold fabric, sexy but tasteful cutouts on the sides and back, and high slit up the thigh make this youthful and totally appropriate for the star at her movie premiere. As far as red carpet game, when someone shows up looking like her in this kind of dress, for everyone else it's over; no hard feelings and thank you all for coming out to play. Also, I'd just like to give due props to her for not doing the completely unnecessary Angelina Jolie leg thing to show off the slit. Seriously, who does that?? [Photos via, via]
