About that. More than anything else in James Goldstein's remarkable repertoire, his most distinguished point of intrigue is his fashion. The moment you see him, you want to know more about the man in leather, usually exotic, and definitely high-fashion. His flamboyant style is truly his own, inventing a signature look of slim-fitting pants, often leather, some kind of statement leather jacket, a brimmed leather hat, and a small handkerchief scarf tied around his neck for a touch of whimsy. And there's often some kind of rare leather like ostrich or alligator or python happening. This is *the* look. What I mean by that is no other look comes close to this, and it's the real deal. Lady Gaga's is shtick and Karl Lagerfeld might as well be wearing Banana Republic when James Goldstein steps into the room. There is no mistaking him.
