I can't sit here and tell you that we don't love out-of-control, booze-fueled poolside ragers. There's fairly recent evidence to confirm that we do. That having been said, some people take the vaguely socialist premise of Labor Day to heart, and would therefore much prefer actual relaxation to the Greyhouse-By-The-Sea vibe given off by the fist-pumpier of hotel pool parties. That's why we're glad that the W Westwood decided to throw their hat into the Labor Day party arena. With a dreamy, extremely private backyard pool and lounge vibe, Westsiders of all stripes were given a pool party they didn't need to bring their earplugs to.
