Forget the awkward date, corsage, and cheesy photo shoot with the parents in your best friend's backyard. The Prom Redo pre-Grammy event on Saturday night, gave everyone a chance to do the most hyped night of their teenage lives over again, the right way this time. And without the tragic updo.
The event was a joint celebration for The Grammys and Valentine's Day with a prom twist. Invitees hit L Bar dressed up in their finest prom gear and replaced their unpleasant high school dance memories with live performances by Silver Lake's Everybody Else, Bonnie Dune (featuring Glee's Cory Monteith), a William Tell cover band, members of The Summer Set, and Say Anything. Guests did prom right this time, and didn't even have to match their dresses to their dates' ties. Check out the night's prom king and queen:
