On May 31, a star-studded ensemble of Angelenos headed to Beverly Hills for the property premiere of 1049 Loma Vista Drive. Showcasing artwork from Andy Warhol and his original 1974 Rolls-Royce (on loan from Ron Rivlin at Revolver Gallery), the newly constructed home is a celebration of modern architecture and modern art.
To introduce the five-bedroom home to the market in style, developer Wystein Opportunity Fund and president Paul Wylie of real estate brokerage Lamerica tapped The Society Group to plan a Warhol inspired disco party. The soiree included a high-energy roller skating performance, a tinfoil elevator photo booth inspired by Andy Warhol's tin foil series, and a disco dress up closet in the master bedroom where guests could glam up and participate in the fun.
YouTube sensation Logan Paul, Million Dollar Listing stars Tracy Tutor Maltas and Josh Flagg, and a slew of other guests sipped cocktails from Campbell’s soup cans, dined on Burger King, and danced the night away.
