It's official: Deepak Chopra is the trendiest spiritual guru in his mid-60s on the planet. Now, he has his own magazine and to help celebrate its launch last Thursday, picked a top poolside location where he partied with his close friends Kimora Lee Simmons, Amerie, and Rick Rubin.
The young, sophisticated crowd of guests celebrated spirituality, healthy minds and overall well-being at Deepak Chopra's MYMAG launch on the roof of The Thompson Hotel in Beverly Hills. The event featured multiple projections of the magazine, celebrity friends and fans, as well as unmatched panoramic views of Los Angeles. The much respected doctor and spiritual guru shared personal thoughts, life experiences and celebrity correspondences with the admiring crowd to give them a taste of his magazine.
