Numbered and signed by the artist, the sophisticated crowd cleared the store's entire stock of all 50 of these leather-bound special Art Edition tomes well worth their whopping $6,000 a pop price tag. After all, each page was carefully printed on handmade paper from Bhutan, meticulously dyed and aged, and then enclosed in a clam shell box for safe keeping. Flutes of champagne were served by ladies dressed as cute corpses in the dimly lit boutique while a DJ spun music from a mysterious spot somewhere above the crowd.
