Even beyond the hour of sleep we lost over Saturday night, there was an undeniable buzz of spring in the air this weekend. Sure, it's a less dramatic shift in L.A. than in some other places, but there are a few undeniable signs: brighter days, warmer evenings, and a dramatic increase in the number of block parties. John Varvatos got that ball rolling as he kicked off the first major block party of the season with his 9th annual Stuart House Auction Benefit in West Hollywood yesterday, hosted by Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann.
