Well, you could haul a stage into the South Coast Collection and have Common perform songs off his not-yet-released new album. That's exactly what happened last night as Milagro Tequila and Los Angeles Confidential Magazine helped celebrate the opening of The Design Collective, an indoor/outdoor showroom with an emphasis on high style and zen design elements. Guests sipped Milagro-based cocktails, wandered through the garden-like showroom displays, and then Common tore the roof off, as he tends to do live.
