[All pictures by Mark Woodworth for PMc] Miley Cyrus (who shockingly wasn't wearing shredded leggings, a belly ring or ratty extensions) hit the red carpet for the premiere of her film, The Last Song, with her costar and boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.
It was a family affair for the Cyrus clan. First, Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus made their way down the carpet, followed by Miley and Liam. The best was saved for last, though. If you have never seen Miley's ten year old sister, Noah, before, get ready.
The little girl happily posed alone in a ballerina-inspired minidress, knee high socks and patent leather Mary Janes. The outfit looked like a reject from a slutty Halloween costume shop... great parenting, Billy Ray. (Check out this video of her singing Akon's Smack That, complete with ass-smacking.)
The premiere was a tween paradise with Disney stars like Ashley Tisdale, Lily Collins and Monique Coleman.
