Drinking for charity has never given people a better reason to hit the sauce. That's why Wednesday night's Cocktails for a Cause event was packed with young L.A. professionals who were doing some midweek decompressing over drinks at Skybar.
The event, presented by Step Up, featured Garcelle Beauvais as guest DJ and donated 100% of the night's proceeds to their organization which sponsors a mentorship program for teenage girls with professional women. Supplying people with a great purpose to spend an evening under the stars and in the warm summer air (finally!) enjoying cocktails was a brilliant move on the part of Step Up. What cold-hearted grinch would really say no to a martini for charity?
