Hugo Boss' Boss Store opened last week with the help of Los Angeles magazine in the new and improved Santa Monica Place, adding another high-end retailer to the list of stores you can shop at in your beach gear.
The brand new Boss Store opened its doors at its new home in the shopping oasis just steps from the beach--but this event was no place for bikinis and flip flops. In fact, this crowd was looking pretty sharp for the event.
The smartly dressed guests joined L.A. Galaxy star Edson Buddle and Laurie Pike of Los Angeles magazine for a whiskey tasting and hors d'oeuvres while they browsed the new Boss fall/winter collection--quite fancy for an event at a beachside mall. A DJ spun some tunes for the classy bunch, who toasted the opening with Glenfiddich whiskey and left with store gift bags surely supplied with items to help make everyone look like a boss.
