Cart For A Cause Back Today With An Encore From Eric Greenspan!

by Emily Green · May 11, 2010

After the success of last week, chef Eric Greenspan of The Foundry gives an encore performance today with everyone's favorite gourmet food truck (hitting the streets every Tuesday through November).  Last week, his grilled cheese sandwiches and albacore tartare salads were a huge hit with West L.A. lunchers. No word yet on what his plans for the menu are this time around but you can be sure it will be delicious and we'll keep you updated if we hear anything.

The boxed lunches are only $10, which is probably less than what you're used to spending when eating out for lunch, and a steal for such a gourmet fix. Plus, all proceeds go to St. Vincent's Meals on Wheels program, providing the opportunity to give just by indulging in some gourmet!  The truck will be parked at 5900 Wilshire Blvd. across the street from LACMA and is back to its normal time, noon-2pm.

Last week CoolHaus, the gourmet ice cream sandwich truck, partnered up with Cart for a Cause to give the lunch crowd a sweet ending to their meal away from the office, so cross your fingers another dessert mobile is in store for today.
