Look, odds are you're going to be stuck on this plane for a while, and sometimes you can't use electronic devices. And looking smart is great for a while, but you're not exactly at your best for critical thinking. What I'm saying is, at some point,

Now is the perfect time to read any of the guilty pleasures you'd never post on your GoodReads account, whether it's Stephen King's latest mailed-in horror novel, or Debbie Gibson's autobiography (spoiler alert: cocaine!), or even, may God have mercy on your soul,
The DaVinci Code. Sure, it's the literary equivalent of Taco Bell, but who among us is immune to Taco Bell every now and again?
