I’ve eaten from many a taco truck, but this has got to be the best in L.A., especially when combined with the midnight darkness and a slightly buzzed (or slightly drunk) state of being. You can’t just play it safe and order a pollo taco here - you need to go for the cabeza. And if you’re apprehensive, you have that liquid courage to rely on.
