Started by chef, Albert Shim, this food truck has one of my favorite late night fares - chicken wings. These aren’t your average, run-of-the-mill buffalo wings (no offense, buffalo wing enthusiasts). Belly bombZ's wings are drenched with Asian-infused flavors like soy caramel and Sriracha lime. A belly bomb, for sure.
