Inside The New Mondays At The Cutting Room

In addition to the weekly gatherings at Teddy's and Bronson Bar, L.A. Mondays now boast two new nightlife additions for you to explore: One Below and The Cutting Room. Located in The Grafton in the heart of Sunset Strip, the new late-night watering hole known as The Cutting Room is the hotel's new intimate lounge inspired by rock and roll. It's walls are lined with classic album covers that read like a history of rock and guitars signed by the bands who made them.

Sure, it's probably more "West Hollywood" than say Frolic Room and not as authentic, but it does stick to basics in decor and concept which we always appreciate. No go-go dancers, fog cannons, fancy light fixtures as focal points, or booths with banquettes built specifically for standing atop and fist-pumping. Just red and black and some rock memorabilia. Take a look inside from last night to see what you might find there next Monday if you haven't yet been.
