Novelty Truck mania has officially gone too far in LA, with the new eBay Mobile Boutique, a completely useless gimmick that totally defeats the point of Ebay. So naturally, Tori Spelling made the perfect spokesperson.
Nevermind the fact that Tori Spelling would probably never buy a gift on eBay, let alone from a truck parked on the corner of Hollywood and Highland. Never mind the fact that, were she to break down and buy something on eBay, it certainly wouldn't be the yellow plastic helmet thing she is holding up in this picture; Tori Spelling, like the rest of America, has fallen onto hard times and is now forced to pretend she shops on Ebay so that she can continue to afford elaborate birthday dinners for her husband at Katsuya. The recession is hard on EVERYONE.
No, really: WHAT is the point of an eBay Truck? Why wouldn't you just.....go to a store?!
Tori Spelling could have at least bothered to surf past the Ebay homepage, for realism's sake...
