Lately, we've noticed a growing trend of contemporary French culture popping up in L.A., and we don't mind one bit. Earlier this year, we experienced Ceci N'est Pas art collabs and soon after, French culinary creativity was explored at MOCA with Le Fooding. If you missed out, we're here to rescue you from another bout of F.O.M.O. with a chance to see what's happening in Paris's street art scene as it comes to Hollywood! On Thursday, August 15th, Le Summer Street Art Show, a French artistic experience is arriving to Lexington Social House and you're invited! Read on to find out how you can attend this one-of-a-kind European urban art exhibition.
After the roaring success of previous Paris-based STREETKUBE street art shows, the innovative agents behind LOUIS Creative Workshop have selected L.A. for their first non-Paris-based show. LOUIS Creative Workshop has rounded up top French street artists including Speedy Graphito, Rero, Jef Aerosol, L'Atlas and more for this urban art spectacular. Along with exhibiting the work of 15 French street artists, there will be live graffiti, video projections, DJs and pop-up shops so you can take home some of your very own French street art swag! Le Summer Street Art Show is organized with the help of select artists and in collaboration with Fabien Castanier Gallery and art dealer Baptiste Ozenne.
