Sure, the birthday girl disregarded the whole pandemic thing and traveled for her celebrations - but, to be fair, so has everyone else on our Instagram feed (we see you). Sure, she indulged in maskless, indoor revelry while people across the country continue to die - but the local government of her destination deemed that OK for everyone. Technically, she wasn't breaking any rules when she hit up hot spots across town, including Komodo, Papi Steak, and Kiki on the River for sparkler-and-champagne parades, lavish dinners, and three-tiered cakes plastered with her face.
